Richard Lin started off as a property investor in 2004 and joined the property sales scene in 2006. He went through both the peak and the downturn of property cycle in Singapore; and also braved the global financial crisis in 2008. And later in 2010, he started to learn about how the government can slow the market by introducing the cooling measures and financial prudence frameworks.
